Do I need my own LLM key?
For AI personalization, yes, and that is the point. Connect OpenAI, Anthropic or Gemini and keep control of model choice and cost. It is included from Professional up.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. An upgrade starts right away and credits the unused part of your current month. A downgrade or cancellation takes effect at your next renewal.
How do limits reset?
Every cap is per workspace per calendar month and resets on the 1st.
What if I exceed a limit?
You are notified in-app before any send is blocked, and you can upgrade or pause sequences. No silent overage billing.
Is there a startup or nonprofit rate?
